| | very good past couple days.
tuesday actually didn't start out awesome. and for the rest of the day, until about 6:30, I was in a not good mood. but kelsey, bekah, and I went out for pizza and came back to my apt to watch gremlins, E.T., and sandlot. we always get together and watch movies from the 80's and 90's (I'm pretty sure I've explained this before). I love it. it's so great. and I love them. we might go to the zoo on sunday, so I'm pretty excited about that. I love museums, parks, and zoos. yup yup yup! tuesday was also an adventure because prior to them coming over, the power went out. but did the power go out everywhere in norman? nope, just around the area that my apt complex is located. since I was still in a bad mood at the time, I was pretty pissed and in a tizzy about the power being out. how can you have a movie marathon with no power? well, you can't. and then I called justin, all pissed off, to which he replied, "I'm picking you up and we're going." so then we went to hideaway pizza (which was torture because I couldn't have anything because I was waiting to eat with kelsey and bekah) and for the next hour, gay bestfriend just grilled me on the boy situation. ahahaha. and as justin and I were sitting there, bestfriend alyssa calls and the next thing I know, justin has my phone and is telling alyssa his plan and how she must support the plan. I just sat there, shaking my head. justin just goes, "gay bestfriend and bestfriend are just trying to help you. we want you to be happy." except I'm not sure justin threatening to sit in my office for an entire day if something doesn't happen with boy by june 30th is helping. ahahahaha. oh dear. oh well, that wraps up tuesday.
oh, and right now...I am sitting on my balcony with my standard Jack and coke and it is lovely. except hogwarts is looking rather dingy today and I'm a bit sad about that. look alive, young hogwarts! look alive!
wednesday (yesterday) was awesome. I woke up feeling more determined and happy (rather than lazy and pissy). and it was also nice because I decided I would listen to my piano playlist as I got ready. wow, I sound like a nerd. eeeeeeeee. anyway, wednesday was much more productive. and I went out to lunch with nate and thad. and apparently, according to audrey, while I was gone...boy came into the office three times looking for me. audrey said the first time he even had an apple, as if he wanted to give it to me. bahahaha. I like audrey, she is my steadfast ally in all of this. I left my office at three and went to the ad office for the next hour and a half...mostly to visit boy. told him to come over and watch wipeout with roommate, kristen, autumn, and I. when I got back to the apt, I decided to clean it up a bit. roommate came over and while she finished her online homework, I waltzed around my room and the living room. then autumn and kristen came over for drinking and wipeout! and around 7:20, boy finally arrived. oh man, I definitely think roommate got a kick out of him. we all goofed around a bit. boy was pretty damn excited about my N64. but around 8:30, kristen and I had to go back to the office to do more work for Sower. I enlisted the help of autumn (since she is my 10-hour paid writer and all) and boy decided to come too. it was a very good night, despite the fact that we had to go back to work. and it opened up opportunities for the future...ahaha? yay life. OH! I forgot to mention that nicole made flat stanley's of all us Sooner '09 editors! ahahaha. it was SO hilarious. she made an album of our adventure in her house. and today, we decided that kerry gets them all next (he lives in hooker, oklahoma.) and then he'll mail them to kristen in norman. and she's going to pass them off to me so that I can take them to minnesota with me. and from there, I am mailing them to kelsey and breia in NYC. and they'll send it along to mike. ahahahaha. it's priceless.
today was also pretty good. I was once again productive in the office. ended my day with another visit to the ad office. boy and I walked out of the ad office together and as I was walking out the door, I looked to my left and saw several of the advisers there. they saw us. in fact, I think they all turned. one of them, stacy, who is so nice and funny...well, I swear she pointed in a way? and made this like gasping face? as if saying, "look! there's sarah and boy! what are they doing leaving together?!" awesome. I'm so glad everyone around the office is going to be watching us interact. I feel like the office slut. ahahaha. hooray life. and everyone at the office following this "romance." or whatever you want to call it. I'm just gonna drink for now.
my family is coming up this weekend and I'm pretty excited. especially because roommate and justin are leaving me. but I might see bekah for a bit tomorrow. oh, I should let kelsey know and we can get together for a bit. sorry, talking to myself. anyway. life is good. one more week left to work on Sower. I love what kristen's done so far. I can't wait to see the final product. soooo close to being done! and then next weekend, I'll be in flower mound with roommate in tow. back up to norman for a few days. and then I'm in minnesota from july 8th-18th. goodness. and then I'll be in austin for my birthday. and then back up to norman again. wow, summer is flying by.
okay, well that about wraps up this entry. I'm getting hot and I want a nap, so that might be what I do. except what not to wear comes on at 5...so maybe not. eeeeeeeee.
and I'm not the kind that needs to tell you...
